Grey Witch was created by local owners Russell Gardner and Natalie Burge as a space where food, live music, cocktails, and community could exist under one roof.

The concept is proudly independent. Rather than recreating something guests can find anywhere, Grey Witch gives the Las Vegas Valley a venue grounded in local creative energy: approachable enough for dinner, distinctive enough for a night out, and built for memorable concerts and one-of-a-kind gatherings.
