Grey Witch is locally owned and operated by Russell Gardner and Natalie Burge. Together, they have created a family of independent Las Vegas Valley concepts that includes Grey Witch, DarkArts, Red Dwarf, and Fat Cat.

Each space has its own identity, but they share a commitment to memorable experiences, strong communities, and places that do not feel mass-produced.

DarkArts Has Its Own Spell

DarkArts is the hidden 21+ cocktail room connected to Grey Witch, with its own moody atmosphere and craft bar identity.

It is separate from the main dining room and is often used as a green room for bands during shows, so guests should check availability before planning around it.
